1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 768jl platform — whether through the website or the Android app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete the registration process or, where applicable, from the moment you first access the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, do not create an account and do not use the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the terms in effect at the time of use.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and play on 768jl, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are registering the account for your own personal use only.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active 768jl account.
• You are not acting in any professional capacity connected to online gaming platforms.

768jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player cannot satisfactorily confirm they meet the age requirement, the account may be suspended pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage players will be permanently closed and any funds deposited will be returned less any applicable processing costs.

3Account Responsibilities

Each player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their own account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised the activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact 768jl support immediately through live chat and change your password without delay.

Only one account is permitted per player. 768jl defines "per player" broadly — this includes accounts registered to the same household address, the same device, the same payment method, or the same verified identity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 768jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held.

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process. Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 768jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported payment channels are GCash, Maya, and local Philippine bank transfer. These are the only accepted methods for both depositing and withdrawing funds.

768jl does not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any international payment service. Attempting to fund your account through an unsupported channel may result in the transaction being reversed or the funds being held pending investigation.

Withdrawals require completed KYC identity verification. The account used to receive a withdrawal must be registered in the same name as the 768jl account. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

Deposit and withdrawal minimum amounts, processing times, and any applicable limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. These figures may be updated from time to time and the current rates shown in the dashboard are the operative figures.

5Gameplay and Betting Rules

768jl offers slots, live casino games, sports betting, and eBingo. All games are provided for entertainment and involve real money wagering with real risk of loss. No game on the platform guarantees a return of any kind.

Bets placed and accepted are final. 768jl will not reverse a completed bet on the grounds that a player made a mistake, misunderstood the rules, or was unhappy with the outcome. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

In the event of a technical error during a game session — including but not limited to connection failures, server errors, or display issues — 768jl will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly. Where the outcome of a game cannot be determined with certainty due to a technical failure, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

Any attempt to exploit game errors, use automated tools, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

6Promotions and Bonuses

768jl offers promotions to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms of any promotion — including eligibility requirements, applicable games, minimum deposit amounts, and any wagering or turnover requirements — are stated in the individual promotion's own terms at the time of the offer.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of funds and account suspension.
• 768jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if circumstances require it, including where the promotion has been subject to abuse or technical error.
• Promotional funds may not be transferable and may carry gameplay requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other players.
• Exploitation of promotional offers, system errors, or game vulnerabilities.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward support staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, legitimate funds held in the balance will be preserved pending the outcome of the review. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach, 768jl reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Closing an account does not affect any outstanding pending transaction that was already in progress at the time of closure.

9Limitation of Liability

768jl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functional, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 768jl will not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings arising from platform unavailability.
• Indirect or consequential loss of any kind resulting from your use of the platform.
• Loss caused by events outside 768jl's reasonable control, including network outages, device failures, or third-party payment provider errors.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10Privacy and Data

768jl collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, and transaction processing. How we handle your personal data, the purposes for which it is used, and your rights as a data subject are described in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account on 768jl, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

11Changes to These Terms

768jl may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Where the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
