The more you play at 768jl, the more you earn. Our VIP program is built to recognise loyal Philippine players with real perks — higher limits, faster withdrawals, priority support, and more.
Progress through four tiers as you play. Each level unlocks a new set of benefits on top of everything you already have.
From faster withdrawals to dedicated support, here's a closer look at the perks that come with VIP status.
VIP members at 768jl benefit from elevated daily and weekly withdrawal caps. As your tier increases, so does your cashout flexibility — meaning large wins can be moved out of your balance more conveniently.
VIP withdrawal requests are queued with higher priority. Gold and Diamond members see their cashout requests processed ahead of the standard queue — a meaningful advantage when you want funds quickly.
Gold and Diamond VIP members are assigned a personal account manager at 768jl. Instead of going through the standard support queue, you have a direct contact who knows your account and can resolve issues faster.
VIP members receive offers that are not available to the general player base. The specific terms of VIP promotions are communicated through your account dashboard and by your account manager where applicable.
Gold and Diamond members have access to live casino tables with elevated bet limits — particularly in the baccarat and blackjack sections. This is relevant if you prefer larger session sizing in the live dealer games.
VIP accounts are prioritised during KYC review and account-level queries. If identity verification or account status needs attention, VIP members skip to the front of the review queue.

The 768jl VIP program is designed to be straightforward: the more you play, the higher your tier. There's no complicated points redemption system and no separate opt-in required. Every registered and verified account participates automatically. Your activity across all game categories — slots, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo — contributes toward your VIP standing.
Tier progression is tracked through your account activity over time. Your current tier is visible in your account dashboard at any time. When you qualify for the next level, the upgrade is applied to your account and your new benefits become active immediately. There's no waiting period once you hit the threshold.
For many players, the most immediately valuable VIP benefit at 768jl is the elevated withdrawal limit. Standard accounts have a daily cashout cap that suits regular casual play. But if you're a more active player — running live baccarat sessions regularly, betting across multiple sports events, or chasing slots jackpots — the standard limit can become a bottleneck when a big win comes in.
Silver tier already provides a higher daily cap than the default. Gold and Diamond take this further, with Gold offering a premium limit suitable for high-volume players and Diamond providing the maximum available cashout cap on the platform. For players in Manila, Cebu, or anywhere in the Philippines who play at a serious volume, this is the kind of practical benefit that has real, day-to-day impact.
All withdrawals at 768jl are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) through GCash, Maya, or local bank transfer. The channel options don't change between tiers — what changes is how much you can move per transaction and per day, and how quickly your request is prioritised in the processing queue. For more on the withdrawal process itself, visit the Withdrawal page.
Customer support quality is one of the areas where 768jl's VIP program delivers a tangible difference from standard service. All players can reach support through live chat and email. But Gold and Diamond members have access to a personal account manager — a single point of contact who knows their account history and can act on requests directly.
In practice, this means faster resolution for account queries, more personalised responses to gameplay-related questions, and a more direct line when time-sensitive issues arise — such as a pending withdrawal that needs attention or a bonus query that needs to be checked against your account. For high-activity players, this kind of support relationship is worth a lot more than a generic queue position.
Diamond members additionally have access to a dedicated VIP line that operates around the clock. Whether you're playing a late-night baccarat session from Quezon City or checking your sports bets early in the morning from Davao, there's always someone available who knows your account at the Diamond level.
Your VIP tier is visible in your 768jl account dashboard. If you have questions about your current level or how to progress, your support team is available through the platform's live chat — or via your dedicated account manager at Gold and Diamond tier.
Live casino games at 768jl are available to all players, but VIP members at Gold and Diamond tier gain access to tables with elevated minimum and maximum bet sizes. This is particularly relevant for baccarat — the most played live casino game among Filipino players on the platform.
Higher-limit baccarat tables allow Gold and Diamond VIPs to size their bets according to their actual bankroll rather than being capped at standard table limits. This doesn't change the game mechanics or the odds — baccarat is baccarat regardless of the table limit — but it does mean that players who want to run larger sessions can do so without being constrained by a cap that's designed for more casual play levels.
The same principle applies to live blackjack and live roulette. If you're a player who applies careful session management and wants the flexibility to stake at a level that matches your bankroll, the VIP table access at 768jl is a genuine advantage. Check the Live Casino page for the full range of table games available.
Getting started with the 768jl VIP program doesn't require anything beyond creating an account and playing. Every verified account begins at Bronze tier automatically. Your activity on the platform — across all game types — builds toward Silver, then Gold, then Diamond.
Completing your KYC verification early is important. Verified accounts have full access to all platform features and can unlock VIP benefits without any account-level blockers. Unverified accounts may have restrictions that prevent them from accessing the higher-tier benefits even if they meet the activity threshold. Verification requires standard identity documentation and typically completes within a short processing window.
Playing consistently across your preferred game categories is the most natural path through the tiers. 768jl's VIP program is not designed around chasing a single large session — it rewards sustained engagement over time. A player who plays live casino regularly from Cebu over several months will progress through the tiers as a natural reflection of their activity, not by trying to manufacture a qualifying event.
Responsible gaming remains important at every VIP tier. Playing within your budget, setting session limits, and treating each session independently are practices that keep gaming enjoyable regardless of which tier you're at. The 768jl VIP program is a reward for genuine play — not an incentive to exceed what's comfortable. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for tools and resources.
